I've gained thirty pounds since we met - if he cooked more often, he'd have to roll me around the house.GunDivahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02965363044411500380noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8970071813477046910.post-49424173070730203852009-12-01T22:04:45.207-06:002009-12-01T22:04:45.207-06:00GunDiva, your husband has my deep respect if he ca...GunDiva, your husband has my deep respect if he can pull off the chef gig on a regular basis. Not to mention he sounds like someone I'd like to hang out with (likes to cook and shoot guns). My wife regularly suggests I open a restaurant. Not ever gonna happen. I might get comfortable with the whole cooking for a large group thing, but I'd probably still have sweaty palms. That, or I'd be like Gareth Blackstock from the Britcom "Chef".Daddy Hawkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01386749814126280114noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8970071813477046910.post-72444262579594282872009-12-01T09:28:50.215-06:002009-12-01T09:28:50.215-06:00Congratulations on your successful dinner! It's difficult to get everything timed just right and on the table for a large group, it's something I've yet to do, so I leave the large group cooking to my husband or my parents (who routinely serve family-style breakfast for thirty at their B&B). It's just too much darn work for me :) Guess it's lucky that I married a chef who loves to do the cooking for the entertaining.

I'm glad you had a successful Thanksgiving and I won't tell anyone about the barbeque sauce.GunDivahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02965363044411500380noreply@blogger.com
